I posted a few weeks back about the fact that we’re introducing Semi Private Personal Training again after I had decided to stop offering it, for multiple reasons.

Now I want to ADD, that we can now offer more times too ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Currently, Semi Private Personal Training Sessions could only be done between 4pm and 8pm Weekdays…

We’re now looking to widen the times, and also include mornings and weekends again.

Semi Private Personal Training is pretty much ALL of the benefits of 1-1 training.

Support. Structure. Guidance. Accountability. Assistance Through Sessions.

There are TWO main differences.

The cost. Which is around a THIRD of 1-1 training.

And that is because – you may share your session with UPTO 3 other people.

You don’t do the same stuff.

You don’t train together.

You may not necessarily have the same goals, or the same program to follow.

You’ll likely be in separate parts of the gym when training.

You would follow the same program which we believe is right for you regardless whether it’s Semi Private Sessions VS 1-1 Sessions.

BUT – because you share with UPTO 3 other people… our attention is divided between typically 2-4 people… That’s why the cost is significantly less.

We’ll still be watching.

We’re still there to answer questions and correct technique.

We’re still there to guide you through the session.

But you will have your own clipboard, with your own plan and we will just dot between you all… COMPARED to if it were 1-1 and you’d get our undivided attention.

This model was VERY popular.

But due to restricted movement around the gym. Social distancing. Ventilation. Numbers per session etc…

We weren’t offering Personal Training to be done in Semi Private format.

But NOW we are.

And now we’re gunna’ add more times.

AND, the FINAL 6 week package of 2021 can also be done in Semi Private format.

HOWEVER, for that, you need to be getting signed up NOW and have gotten through the plans & literature, ready to begin FROM MONDAY!
