Something I’ve always stuck with over the years is – limited diary in my diet plans. Lactations from the mammary glands of a fully grown hoofed mammal – containing hormones and other chemicals to bring a new born calf into a fully grown cow… Is not really for the consumption of humans. It causes digestive issues in many people. I never say no dairy, just limited to certain kinds. So, my recipes are limited dairy because of those reasons. Where dairy is included, a dairy alternative is offered!
