The Trapezius is a major back muscle that can sometimes be hard to develop in the gym. The Upper Trapezius in-particular creates the natural slope from neck to shoulder and in my opinion - THE BIGGER THE BETTER. Big upper traps create a bold statement of strength, power and dominance that can be visible through your shirt or they create the perfect foundation for your gym vest strap to lie over.
