In the past, when I wasn’t in a super disciplined and dedicated mindset… I used to only train when I was in the mood, a lot of the time.

Until I discovered a new mindset from one of the many books I’ve read over the past few years…

And that new mindset is simply this;

High performers, winners and champions get it done. (FULL STOP)

It’s not dependent on feelings, mood, emotions…

It doesn’t matter if the world is in chaos…

It doesn’t matter what corrupt shit is going on…

What the weather is like……

They just don’t wait until they’re in the mood.

They get out, and get it fuckin done. (FULL STOP)

Feelings, emotions, mood, excuses, imaginations, justifications, compromises NONE OF THEM even enter their mind.

It’s “I’m not in the mood today” VS “It doesn’t matter what mood I’m in, I’M GETTING IT DONE!”

And whichever side you’re on – that’ll dictate the quality of life you have!

I have been making some excuses, justifying some stuff, and sometimes not training if I wasn’t in the mood.

I’m switching sides.

If you have to ask me how to how to be motivated, then you just haven’t got it. There’s nothing I can say or do if you don’t know within yourself, what’s important to you and why you’ve gotta’ be motivated.

I know my personal reasons. You’ve gotta’ know yours.

But, what I do know, is that sometimes you don’t automatically wake up motivated, focused and discplined…

… And there’s things you’ve gotta’ do routinely to find the motivation, disciplined and focus every day.
