6 months have been and gone.

Hopefully a lot of good things have happened for you this year so far, since the new year – which is now probably a distant memory?

I’m hoping your progress thus far in the gym has been good and in the last 6 months you’ve seen good results?

Well, this post is specifically for people that maybe haven’t seen the progress they want so far in 2018!

Whether you’ve been training and what you’re doing just doesn’t seem to be working?

OR, you’ve not managed to stick to something yet?

We say, theoretically, to lose ONE dress size – you’ve gotta burn 20-25 cm’s!

Sometimes it’s hard to know what to do for the best to keep consistently losing CM’s.

Especially if you focus too much on losing weight and not actual cm’s.

Likely – the rest of this year till Xmas.

If you start this week – by the end of July 2018 I GUARANTEE you’ll drop 20 – 25 cm’s with the 21 day package.

This Is How It Works!

  1. Let me know you wanna give it a shot and you’ve got what it takes!
  2. If all’s good and I think you meet the criteria – I’ll invite you down to come look around the gym.
  3. If you’re happy we’ll go ahead sign paperwork – at which point you’ll need to pay the £70 for the package!

Once you’ve signed and paid….

  1. I’ll send you a link to access all the documents you need for the 21 day package. Mostly all related to the eating plan and how to get prepared and focused.
  2. I’ll send you another link which will walk you through how to setup Trainerize. This is for the training.
  3. You’ll have booked in your first 3 or 4 PT sessions.
  4. You’ll spend a couple days reading through, setting up and getting organised ready to start. With my help if needed.
  5. You’ll complete a set of BEFORE measurements. Load them into Trainerize – so we know you’re starting point.
  6. I’ll check in with you after a few days if I’ve not heard from you – just to make sure everything’s good to go.
  7. The next time I see you will be for your first PT session. This will be 1-1. I need to see your strengths, weaknesses, ability, flexibility, mobility any injuries? This first session will be easy on the effort and more so making sure you know exactly how to do everything.
  8. You’ll then have another 5 PT sessions to do – these will be semi-private.
  9. You should also be pushing to try and complete a total of 4 sessions per week – 2 with me 2 by yourself.
  10. Complete measurements at the end of 21 days and celebrate feeling the best you’ve EVER FELT. Realise you’ve lost 20-25 cm’s and it’s all been worth it. If you haven’t you’ll have the initial £70 back in your hand.

I have NEVER issued a refund due to lack of results.

I’ve only given people there money back who I wasn’t able to help because they wouldn’t listen. Were unteachable, demonstrated they weren’t ready for CHANGE and too stubbornly set in their ways.

If you’re gonna do this, you’ve gotta accept change is needed.

You’ve gotta be willing to trust me, listen and implement what I teach you.
