If you know me – you’l know, I don’t rest until I find a resolution to a problem.
Getting people to follow the clean eating lifestyle has thrown up many problems over the years…
… But I CANNOT sway away from how powerful and important I know it is for people to switch to this way of life!
Problem one – People wanted taste, flavor and variation and eventually found clean eating to be bland and boring.
Solution one – I invested THOUSANDS over the last 3 years for the recipes, ideas, images, photography, licenses, rights and designs for almost 1000 clean eating recipes.
Breakfasts, smoothies, snacks, dinners, teas. Vegan. Veggie. Paleo. Keto…. you name it…
Problem two – people don’t wanna’ COOK coz’ they don’t wanna’ wash the dishes OR stand there cooking before they can eat something tasty. They want convenience.
Solution two a) – I just wrote this blog post to offer some tips…
Solution two b) – I gotta’ try to get people to realize – when dieting AND taking care of your optimal health, overall well being, trying to raise your health markers to avoid the doctors room and future hospital visits – it’s INEVITABLE ………. INEVITABLE………. That you’re gunna’ be in the kitchen more, washing dishes and cooking meals.
If you aren’t – you’re not doin’ something right.
Quite simply – it’s just a matter of priorities and no excuses.
Just has to be something you gotta’ accept has to happen if you’re serious about your longevity & well-being!
That being said – it CAN be A LOT easier, time efficient, convenient and less messy!
I know it’s hard. But nothing is gained from EASY!
Here’s NINE Tips:
1. Batch Cook Like a Pro: Dedicate a day to batch cooking. Prepare your favorite meals in larger quantities, ensuring you have delicious, nutritious options ready to go throughout the week. Less cooking, more enjoying!🥦🍲
2. Sunday & Wednesday Ritual: Prep meals on a Sunday to last till Wednesday. On Wednesday evening prep meals to last till Saturday.
3. One-Pan Wonders: Simplify your life with one-pan or one-pot meals. Minimal cleanup means more time for the things you love. My LARGE 100 Recipe Book has many one pot recipes for a flavorful and fuss-free dinner. 🍳🌶️
4. Quick and Easy Does It: Explore recipes that take less than 30 minutes to whip up. Healthy meals don’t have to be time-consuming. I’ve got a collection of speedy recipes that are as delicious as they are efficient. ⏱️🥗
5. Freeze the Goodness: Prepare extra portions and freeze them for later. This way, you’ll always have a variety of tasty meals at your fingertips. Just thaw, reheat, and savor! ❄️🍜
6. Get the Family Involved: Turn cooking into a family affair. Not only does it lighten the load, but it’s also a fantastic way to bond. Get everyone involved and turn meal prep into a fun activity! 👨👩👧👦❤️
7. Healthy Snack Attack: Have a stash of healthy snacks readily available. Whether it’s pre-cut veggies, fruit, or a handful of nuts, keeping nutritious snacks on hand will curb those cravings in a wholesome way. 🥕🍇
8. Pre Cut Veggies: Certain ingredients can be chopped and stored in tubs ready. Get 3 days of chopping done all in one go so making quick stir fry’s no chopping is required.
9. Embrace Healthy Takeout: For those days when cooking feels like a distant dream, explore local restaurants or online platforms that offer healthy takeout options. Convenience without compromising your clean eating goals! 🥢🍱
